Stephen Little
Project Manager / President
Stephen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University and has advanced skills in Auto Cad, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing. He previously worked as a plant engineer for ADM and ConMet. He came to work for Union Mechanical in 2008 and bought the company in 2020. He holds N.C. and S.C. mechanical and electrical licenses.

Estimator / Superintendent
Mike directs the daily work in the field through scheduling jobs, ensuring quality work, and assisting employees as needed. He will be your field contact for anything job related. He also estimates and manages jobs.
Chris Almond
Warehouse Manager
Chris orders and receives material to manage our warehouse inventory. He works with our vendors to ensure timely deliveries of materials and consumables for our projects.
Becky Price
Office Assistant
Becky answers the phones and provides assistance to our customers. She handles our work orders and schedules our service technicians to provide an efficient response to our customers’ needs. She also handles accounts receivable and accounts payable.
William Streater
Shop Manager
William makes our duct and other metal fabrications in our shop. He can assist you with your metal requirements.
Christine Sweet
Office Assistant
Christine answers the phones and provides assistance to our customers. She handles payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable along with other tasks as needed to ensure our office runs efficiently.
Service Technicians
These guys are well trained and customer focused to provide the best service possible. They have EPA certifications along with the necessary tools to maintain your equipment and make repairs as needed. You can trust them with your HVAC systems.
